Italian Chicken Sausage Stuffed Tomatoes

This recipe was fun to put together!  The smell of the basil pesto filled the house with a wonderful aroma.   We love the smell of fresh herbs.   The tomatoes were great, but I would prefer beefsteak and they were not available yet and we do not have our own ready yet.   The mixture was delicious and filling.   If you liked stuffed peppers this filling would be great that way too! Crispy Chicken with Balsamic Tomatoes

Crispy, savory chicken that dresses up with tomatoes, aged balsamic and fresh basil for a fast and fresh dinner. This recipe was amazingly good, love tomatoes and balsamic very much!  Ted and I loved the crispiness of the chicken.   Felt like good old fashion fried chicken.    Definitely will be doing this one again! One Skillet Mac and Cheese with Sausage and Bell Peppers

This was a very quick and easy recipe!  It was very cheesy and filling too!  The taste of the Italian sausage and peppers put a twist on plain mac and cheese!  It was very tasty and I think you could add more to it to beef it up….maybe some onions, mushrooms and or fresh herbs. Spicy Thai Chicken Tenders

Ted and I absolutely enjoyed this Thai-inspired dish, which can be made in less than 15 minutes. Strips of skinless chicken breast are dredged in gluten free bread crumbs and cooked in sesame oil, and then coated with a sweet and spicy peanut sauce.
