Moo Shu Beef Lettuce Cups

For this recipe use crisp lettuce leaves to scoop up this lightened Moo Shu. Chicken and Mushrooms in a Garlic White Wine Sauce is a great-tasting, 20-minute dish, perfect for busy weeknights! We enjoyed it served with petite red potatoes, beans and side salad.  This is a great low meal as the two tenderloins are only 2 points on Weight Watchers.
