This meatloaf is extremely delicious! Such a quick fix, its perfect for any night of the week. Ted and I  really enjoyed this recipe! Cheesy Baked Pumpkin Pasta

Gluten Free pasta baked in the oven with a quick pumpkin sauce made with bacon, shallots, pecorino cheese and a touch of rosemary then topped with mozzarella cheese. This is such a great Fall dish, and Ted and I loved how it turned out!

Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Chili

This is actually what I made yesterday, it was a such a nice fall like day and it just seemed like a good day for chili.  We have been suffering with allergies so we stayed in and were couch potatoes.  We enjoyed this for lunch and dinner because it was so low in calories.  I have the rest put up in the freezer so we can part take of this again soon!  This really hit the spot! Pesto Chicken with Roasted Peppers & Mozzarella
