This meatloaf is extremely delicious! Such a quick fix, its perfect for any night of the week. Ted and I  really enjoyed this recipe! Skirt Steak, Baby Bok Choy and Zucchini Stir-Fry

This quick stir-fry has some of my favorite foods; skirt steak, baby bok choy and zucchini plus carrots, scallions, garlic and ginger finished with a delicious sauce that has the perfect balance of savory, sweet, sour and spicy.   Ted and I both agreed it was tasty as anything we might have ordered when eating out.  Totally Delicious!

Salisbury Steak Cordon Bleu

Tonight was a real treat, as Ted and I are beef lovers and this recipe was off the chart GOOD! It took only about 30 minutes to prepare this really delicious recipe.   The flavors actually tasted so much better to me than traditional recipes for Salisbury steak.   We enjoyed it with a small serving of mashed potatoes and salad.   Very nice meal! Cottage Pie with Sweet Potato Topping
