Chicken Fried Steaks

Ted and I have always been fans of cube steaks so this recipe was a for sure winner!  Very few ingredients are needed and dinner was ready in about 30 minutes.  We use gluten free flour which just seems to always come out so crispy with out deep frying and that makes it feel like a cheat meal!    This was a winner and we will have this again.
