Low Calorie Cheesburger Meatloaf

This meatloaf is extremely delicious! Such a quick fix, its perfect for any night of the week. Ted and I  really enjoyed this recipe! We usually are not fans of any kind of ketchup or sauce on meatloaf but this was exceptionally good!  Each 2 slice serving, 229 calories, 8 grams of fat and 6 Weight Watchers Smart Points. Cheesy Baked Pumpkin Pasta

Gluten Free pasta baked in the oven with a quick pumpkin sauce made with bacon, shallots, pecorino cheese and a touch of rosemary then topped with mozzarella cheese. This is such a great Fall dish, and Ted and I loved how it turned out!

Sweet Sriracha Chicken Breasts

This recipe was amazing!  So easy to prepare and the sauce was a real winner!  Ted kept getting more for his piece of chicken.   I used orange blossom honey, which was very good in the sauce.  It was a bit warm but by no means hot.   Very delicious and will make it again!
