Easy Chicken and Dumplings (weight watchers)

This was a perfect fall dinner even if the temperatures still say summer!  Ted went on and on about how delicious it was.  That tells me we will be having this again and soon!  There are no dumplings, they are actually sliced up pieces of tortilla.  You would never ever even guessed that, as it tasted like good old fashioned dumplings!   I love that it was Weight Watchers and the calories were amazingly low!    Absolutely love this recipe and will be making it again as the cooler weather arrives. Salisbury Steak Cordon Bleu

Tonight was a real treat, as Ted and I are beef lovers and this recipe was off the chart GOOD! It took only about 30 minutes to prepare this really delicious recipe.   The flavors actually tasted so much better to me than traditional recipes for Salisbury steak.   We enjoyed it with a small serving of mashed potatoes and salad.   Very nice meal! New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp

What a delicious meal!   These shrimp were so tasty and actually something like we have never tried before. I served them with asparagus sautéed with smoked julienne cut dried tomatoes and a small baked potato.  It was very easy and took about 20  minutes to make from start to finish.  I am certain that this will be requested by the better half, again soon!
