This recipe was really very much like an original pasta dish from Italy.  Not all pasta dishes have a sauce and this is one.   I loved the combination of ingredients, they go together so well. Spaghetti with Caramelized Red Onions and Whole Cherry Tomatoes, Pine Nuts and Pecorino Cheese

This meatless dish was so amazing!   I have not cooked with pine nut before but have to say they tasted so good sautéed with the red onion and tomatoes.    Ted and I both enjoyed it as it was like a true Italian meal without any heavy sauces.   Real easy to prepare and delicious too! Cheesy Baked Pumpkin Pasta

Gluten Free pasta baked in the oven with a quick pumpkin sauce made with bacon, shallots, pecorino cheese and a touch of rosemary then topped with mozzarella cheese. This is such a great Fall dish, and Ted and I loved how it turned out!

Inside Out Lasagna

Here we take basic lasagna ingredients—ricotta cheese, pasta and tomatoes—and skip the layering and long baking time to make a super-quick and satisfying meal for the whole family. Skinny Winter Veggie Pasta

This was a vegetarian dish an it was amazingly tasty and filling.  The combination of items for the recipe really went together so well.   I was a little worried about my husband liking it, as he is not always a fan of vegetarian but he does try to be open minded and usually is surprised that the meal is delicious without meat.   LOL   It was delicious!
