Chicken Gyros

Skip the takeout and make these easy, healthy gyros at home. Lean chicken breast is flavored with classic gyro seasonings and tucked into a whole-wheat pita with veggies and a cool tzatziki sauce.  Ted and I really enjoyed these and next time, I will add feta crumbles and diced cucumbers.   We will be doing these again, delicious! Soy Ginger Chicken

This delicious and easy to make recipe has an Asian flair to it.   I got home from work and had dinner on the table in about 30 minutes.   We both enjoyed the sauce and when I make it again I think I will serve it on brown rice or gluten free pasta.   Truly delicious! Pork Chops with Pear and Ginger Sauce

In this quick saute, vinegar and sugar are caramelized in the skillet, forming a deep, richly flavored base for the sauce. Ginger adds a spicy note that plays against the mild pork and pear.  Ted and I agreed this was like food from a 5 star restaurant….Delicious!
