Chicken with Sage Gravy

There are plenty of jarred and canned gravies in grocery stores now that are quite low in fat and calories. When you incorporate a fresh herb, you can make this convenient staple food taste a bit more homemade. In this recipe chicken with sage gravy, fresh sage was used to make this a rich and memorable dish.   Ted and I really enjoyed it.  Fresh Herbs are all about flavor, I love that Ted has a green thumb and keeps us in fresh herbs year round.  This was recipe two from the “Biggest Loser Family Cookbook”.

Makes 4 Servings                                              About 30 minutes to prepare.
