Fresh from our garden Caprese Salad

 

This looks and smells delicious! I am proud that all but the cheese balls and the glaze came from our garden and green house.   This is one of our favorites and we partake of it frequently!  Great for lunch or as a side!Ingredients:

About 15 Cherry Tomatoes cut in halves

1 small onion sliced in thin slices

1 cup fresh basil leaves

1 fat pinch of dried oregano, parsley, thyme dried herbs

1 cup mozzarella balls.

Directions:

Toss all ingredients gently and add balsamic glaze
