This was so simple to make! This really curbed my desire for some cheesecake and it was a lot less calories but still so wonderful with a fresh cup of coffee. I think this won me a point with Ted!
1- 9 inch graham cracker crust. I used Hospitality brand because it is the one with the least calories.
2 boxes of fat free, sugar free jello brand instant cheesecake pudding mix
2 cups of milk (I used 1%)
Whip topping of your choice, I used Kroger brand lite as it is great and low calorie too.
Mix the pudding with the milk until very thick and much like consistency of cheese cake.
Pour in the pie shell smooth to the edges. I then refrigerated this for about 30 minutes.
Once good and chilled spread about 2 cups of the whipped topping on and even out, I left a little edge of the pudding showing as it looks nice. I think topped with a few chocolate chips for a treat, however you could skip them or add any topping you like.
One eighth of the pie should be about 160 calories and 6 fat grams.
