Nacho Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

This recipe was a real surprise!  Ted kept making noises and comments that made me think he was not going to like it.  He referenced the fact that the shells would be stuffed with refried beans and such.  Well, we love pasta, so I was sure that it would be amazing and it was! Ted spent points to have seconds!  This is a weight watchers recipe and was only 5 points for 6 shells.   Delicious!
