This Pineapple Teriyaki Pork Chop recipes was amazing! It was a nice glaze over the pork chop and the pineapple was still sweet but not over powering to the pork. The house sure smelled good while this was cooking. Ted and I enjoyed it and called it a keeper!
Olive Oil Spray
4 -4 ounce trimmed boneless pork chops
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup teriyaki marinade sauce
4 Slices canned pineapple rings.
Preheat the broiler. Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray the foil with the olive oil spray.
Lightly mist both sides of the chops with the olive oil and season with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place the chops , not touching, on the prepared baking sheet and broil about 3″ from the heat for about 2 minutes. Turn the chops and brush marinade on each chop. Top with pineapple slices, broil for 3 to 5 minutes longer. If your pork chops are thick it may take longer.
