Beef Steak Fajitas

Quick and Healthy Beef Steak Fajitas

This meal has become a go to when its been a long day and you need a savory but yet healthy dinner.   It takes about 20 to prepare these Beef Steak Fajitas and makes 4 fajitas.   Delish! 

Ingredients:

I  pound thin sliced steak, your choice. I used Flank.

I  package McCormick reduced sodium Fajita Spice or you can make your own, I have done both.     the prepackaged is only 20 calories a serving.

I ripe avocado

1 shallot sliced

1 package of sundried tomatoes.  You can use Halve or Julienne cut not in oil.

Reduced Fat Sour Cream

Fresh Basil ( we use a lot, its preferred instead of lettuce)

Tortilla’s or Corn tortilla’s which you can get Gluten Free.

Directions:

I set the table up buffet style so everyone can make their own version.  You could add other things such as olives, shredded cheese, jalapenos or banana peppers for more flavors.
