Rosemary Cloud Bread


The first time I made these, I did not whip the eggs long enough to make sure it was at the max stiffness.   The next time they were perfect.


3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 tbsp Cream Cheese
1/2 dropper Stevia, liquid
1/8 tsp Cream Of Tartar
1 tsp Rosemary, dried


Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Separate eggs. Combine egg yolks, cream cheese and liquid stevia. Mix until well blended. In separate bowl, combine egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in yolk mixture. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray. Spoon rounds of mixture on baking sheets. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serving Size: Makes 8
