Stuffed Baked Pork Chops with Prosciutto and Mozzarella

These stuffed pork chops were so very good, inspired from a favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas.   They were rehabbed to be lower in calories but let me say ” They are big on taste” ! Ted and I kept saying how good they were through the whole meal.   Truly delicious!
